Charcoaled cheese (Ladotyri sta karvouna) | |

INGREDIENTS • Any hard cheese, Ladotyri, Kefalotyri, Parmesan Cut the cheese into 1 cm thick slices. Put it on the grill and let it become slightly brown on both sides.
